If you’re new to window cleaning, you’ve probably got a lot of questions about how things work. Well, there’s no secrets. Here’s some clear and helpful answers to common questions we hear.
Yes. We have general liability insurance up to $1,000,000. If you need proof of insurance just let us know and we'll get it for you.
When you give us a call we will ask a few questions and then give you a price range that we estimate the price will fall between. If you need an exact price we can schedule a time to come in person and give you an exact total.
Yes, our one time residential minimum is $100. Services on regular service plans may be lower than our minimum
Our storefront minimum is $25 for monthly storefronts.
Yes, we can tailor our services to meet your exact needs. If monthly, seasonal or annual service is what you need, we will make it happen.
Not much. If there is anything restricting access to the areas that need to be cleaned, we'd appreciate you clearing the way. Other than that, we do a full assessment upon arrival and make sure we communicate any needs with you upfront.
It depends on the situation, if it's a light rain we will likely go ahead and clean the windows, rain doesn't dirty a window, but windy rain can. When its a strong rain with gusts the water picks up other debris and when that dirty water dries on the glass it can leave spots. For that reason and for our own desire to not be miserable working in a heavy rain, we will likely reschedule.
If we do go ahead and clean in a light rain, you can be confident that the windows will come out clean and if the rain does happen to dirty any windows remember that we give a 5 day rain guarantee. If the windows are messed up by rain we'll come back and touch them up for free.
When we use a mop and a squeegee, to clean windows inside and out on an average home it takes about 1 gallon of water, if we use the pure water system it takes about .25-.5 gallons per pane on the outside so 20 panes takes between 5 and 10 gallons.
We treat your home like it is our own. We wear shoe covers to keep from tracking dirt, use drop clothes for flooring and furniture, and ladder end protectors to protect the walls.
Nope! If the work is outside only and we have your payment information on file and a contact number for you, then you don't need to be home. However, if we are unable to access your property or another issue comes up that prevents us from proceeding with work and we cannot reach you by phone, cancellation charges may apply.
